Free and Lite plan users typically receive a response within 24 hours. Starter plans get responses within 12 hours. Pro and Business plan users benefit from priority support with responses within 4 hours during business days. Enterprise clients have dedicated support channels.

After logging into your dashboard, navigate to Flows and click 'Create Flow'. Configure your offer and white page URLs, then add rules with your desired filters. For Direct Mode, you'll also need to add and verify a custom domain. Check our documentation for step-by-step guides.

Magicgate offers two integration modes. API Mode: send a POST request to api.magicgate.io/api/v1/check with visitor attributes and receive a JSON verdict. Direct Mode: point your domain's DNS to Magicgate and we handle everything — no code changes needed. Both modes support all 29+ filters.

For billing inquiries, you can check your wallet balance and transaction history in the Wallet section of your dashboard. Magicgate uses a wallet-based billing system with crypto payments. For unresolved payment issues, email us at [email protected].

Absolutely! We actively build based on user feedback. Send us your feature request with as much detail as possible — what problem it solves, how you'd use it, and any technical requirements. Enterprise plan users can request custom filter development and dedicated integrations.
